Performance and accessories of marine lifebuoys

Marine lifebuoy, like marine life jackets, is an essential tool in our marine lifesaving. Polyethylene lifebuoys are used to release smoke signals for help when ships are in distress.
Marine lifebuoy performance
Marine lifebuoys should be resistant to high and low temperatures without shrinkage, rupture, expansion or decomposition. Marine lifebuoys should not be cracked or broken after being thrown from the specified height. Lifebuoy should be oil-resistant, without shrinkage, rupture, expansion or decomposition. Lifebuoy should be fire-resistant, and it should not burn or melt after overheating. Marine lifebuoys should be able to support 14.5kg iron pieces to float continuously in fresh water for 24 hours. Under the condition of free suspension, the marine lifebuoy should be able to bear the weight of 90kg for 30min without cracking and deformation. For lifebuoys equipped with spontaneous smoke signals and quick-throwing devices attached to self-illuminating floating lights, the devices should be triggered when released.
